How do I get to your tree farm?
We are located in Rio, Wisconsin, about 30 minutes north of Madison. Please see our directions page for more details.

 

What are your hours?

We are open the Friday after Thanksgiving and after that on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am until 4:30pm, until Christmas.

 

What kinds of trees do you have?

We have balsam firs, fraser firs, and concolor firs.

 

Can we drive out to cut our tree?

Yes! One of the things people tell us they like best about our farm is that they can drive right out to the trees.

 

Do you have saws for us to use?

Yes we do, at no extra charge.

 

How should I cut my tree?

Please cut your tree as close to the ground as possible (between 2 to 4 inches).

 

Can we get help cutting our tree?

Absolutely. There is always someone available to help you if you are unable to cut the tree yourself.

 

Do you take credit cards?

Yes! We can accept debit and credit cards as well as cash or check. Trees are $6.50 per foot, $30 minimum.

 

How do I get my tree home?

After you cut your tree, come to the tree house, where we will shake and bale your tree for you. We will also help you secure the tree to your vehicle. There is no extra charge for those services.

 

Do you sell pre-cut trees?

Yes we do. They are located near the tree house.

 

Are pets allowed?

Yes, as long as they are friendly and kept on a leash.
